Money spoiling the game?

With the recent take over at Man City from a group that say they have bottomless pockets is this going to spoil the game? They could simply buy all the best players in the world and totally destroy the progress of home grown talent. FIFA should step in and inforce a wage cap before it's too late. anyone agree?

Already the case to some extent with the Champions league rules and Liverpool having to leave out Sami Hypia for example.
Exciting stuff though....looking forward to see who sparky brings in next and glad to see chelsea getting blown out of the water in the transfer market :D
